Whenever I encounter problems, I first seek for friends or family's advice. Friends and family are more experienced than me. With their wild perspectives, I can see my problem more clearly and then solve it.
Wild? Wide?
Sometimes what you see is not what the things really are. You need to jump out of yourself and see the problem in other people's view. Take one of my experiences for instance, I had a quarrel with my roommate on the house cleaning stuff. She assumed that I did not do the cleaning, which actually I did! She just wrote something accusing me _ not doing the cleaning on a paper and put it on the desk. When I noticed that, I was outraged. I hate people assuming something with no evidence. Then we had a fight, and we both said something mean to each other. Later I told my friends about it, they gave me some perspectives that I haven't thought with, which make me rethink about the whole fight. Not until then did I think that I might be wrong in this rift. People can't reason rationally when they are in the angry mood. Outsiders are always calmer and more rational than people in the mood. They will analyze the situation to you with no bias.
I use gray color to stand for the good sentences or usages.

To conclude, friends and family are really the magic helpers when you have problems. Therefore, I think the best way to problem-solving is seeking advice from friends and family. It never turned me down, for my problems are always solved in a better way.
