Intergrated writing-Wendy 02

History in the reading passage is defined as the sequence of historical events and they are selected by the historians on purpose and interpretation. The speaker in the listening passage supports these ideas and provides other persuasive examples for the ideas.

The speaker points out that there had two kinds of biographies for the president Kennedy, and even though these two differ from each other, they both carried the truth about Kennedy. The differences between the two were the result of selection and interpretation by the historians. One biography contained the early life of Kennedy and described his elementary school life and some events in his puberty, such as the failure about entering the football team. On the other hand, another book focused on his childhood and described his life from his family status, teachers in elementary school to his academic achievement in high school.

These two biographies of the president were quiet popular and had a nice selling. They both described the accurate events of the president Kennedy even though they were selected and interpreted to express the different periods or ranges of the president. And that's called the history of the president Kennedy, his biography.

Brilliant practice!I THINK wendy you really got the techniques of how to write integrated writing only by practicing several times!!

Compare with the previous one, you definitely know how to make the article completed and within the numbers of words!!!Just 197 words.

Also I think you outline the clues of listening then cite some main points of reading passage finallly, put it together to form a paragraph!!

Still, you describe the story of kenndy's biography neatly and precisely.

As I read your practice, I found that it is pretty fluent and that makes me use only a few time to skim the article briefly then got the whole ideas of the integrated practice!
