What is your approach to problem-solving, and how does it work for you? Use specific details to support your response. (300-450 words)
Whenever I encounter problems, I first seek for friends or family's advice. Friends and family are more experienced than me. With their wild perspectives, I can see my problem more clearly and then solve it.

Sometimes what you see is not what the things really are. You need to jump out of yourself and see the problem in other people's view. Take one of my experiences for instance, I had a quarrel with my roommate on the house cleaning stuff. She assumed that I did not do the cleaning, which actually I did! She just wrote something accusing me not doing the cleaning on a paper and put it on the desk. When I noticed that, I was outraged. I hate people assuming something with no evidence. Then we had a fight, and we both said something mean to each other. Later I told my friends about it, they gave me some perspectives that I haven't thought with, which make me rethink about the whole fight. Not until then did I think that I might be wrong in this rift. People can't reason rationally when they are in the angry mood. Outsiders are always calmer and more rational than people in the mood. They will analyze the situation to you with no bias.
My family is also my consultant in everything. Family always consider the best way for you. Your parents and siblings like to see you happy with your life. I recollected that one year ago, I am still working as an editor in a bookstore in Taipei. I had a contract with the company, which need me to stay there for two years. Nevertheless, as time went by, I really hate the working environment there, such people are pretentious and workers can't eat or chat in the office. What's worse? There was one mean guy sitting beside me. He was dirty an rude. Whenever he sneezed, he did that toward my side! It was really gross! Of course, no one could tolerate it, so told my leader about it and hope to change my seat. Unfortunately, I was ignored. I was sad, but could not do anything about it. The situation never improved until I left the company. I broke the contract! It was my family who stood by my side. My parents hope I can be happier and my siblings support my in every way. I am so touched about it even now. What might happen, if I continue staying there? I guess I might go crazy!
To conclude, friends and family are really the magic helpers when you have problems. Therefore, I think the best way to problem-solving is seeking advice from friends and family. It never turned me down, for my problems are always solved in a better way.
