Groups or organizations are an important part of some people’s lives. Why are groups or organizations important to people? Use specific reasons and examples to explain your answer.

Two people work together are better than one alone. Truly, more people get more strengths and efficacy when working on something. From the ancient time the reason that doesn’t change is that teamwork as a group or organization makes the most use of human’s intelligence and labor work in many fields.

Groups are important is because of the meaning of cooperation that save time and get something done efficiently. For some people, they may sometimes hold many things and business by hand, so the distribution of workforce must be parted evenly to accomplish the task. Therefore, the cooperation makes the individual to responsible for his part and in the end attains the targeted goal. Still, the cooperation enhances the efficacy of some people for that laziness often result in many situations that not inspected for sometime.

And by using someone’s strength to make up the weaknesses or faults, for some people, they thus unnecessary don’t have to worry about their ability that is not in their field. For example, a manager in a company has to govern every part as a whole to see whether there is some problems occurred or will happen. However, he can sometimes make some mistakes for lacking the ability he doesn’t have. Under this circumstance, he must consult someone for advices to make the problem get resolved and make the profit for the company at any time. Like this, when some people come across some problems, the collective brainstorming and amendments are the best ways that groups can provide with.

Individuals work alone just doesn’t work at some time. From gathering everyone’s strength and turn it into the teamwork really makes the most profit and advantage when doing something.
