Having good co-workers determines the atmosphere and effectiveness of a working environment. As far as I am concerned, a good co-worker has the following characteristics, easy-going, rational, and responsible.
First of all, a good co-worker has to be easy-going. It is important since nothing can go smoothly without an easy-going attitude. For example, there are more or less one or two unsociable co-workers in the office. Usually people tend not to get closer with them or cooperate with them, which makes the working environment unfriendly. If there is one easy-going co-worker in the office helping to lubricate the intense atmosphere of the office, things will get easier and those unsociable co-workers will at least have someone to communicate with.
In addition, a good co-worker should be rational. A rational person does not work capriciously. He or she does not make decisions according to personal interests or dislikes. Even if he or she dislikes a person, he or she would still work with the person following the standard rules of the working process. Moreover, a rational co-worker does not panic when encountering emergency. Rationality drives him or her to deal with any incident with calm and logic. Most important of all, rational person confine the discussion at the issue concerned, instead of regarding to personal judgements about particular things or individuals.
Least but not the last, a good co-worker should be responsible. A responsible person keeps his or her words, fulfills duties assigned, and honors his or her company by behaving with integrity. A responsible person represents his or her company whenever he or she goes. It is a significant characteristic for a co-worker, for it allures others into imitating this person’s attitude by being a living example. That is why a responsible person always is the best leader in the working environment.
To sum up, a good co-worker should possess the quality of easy-going, rational, and responsible so as to smooth the working atmosphere, rationalize every task, and accomplish missions assigned. Working with such a co-worker would be inspiring and convincing.

This is a good article because you indicate your response in the beginning and then deliver the three characteristics smoothly, that way, readers can check your ideas easily and clearly. In a word, the article is well organized and completed.
However, I am confused with one sentence in paragraph three, maybe you can explain it for me :)
"Most important of all, rational person confine the discussion at the issue concerned, instead of regarding to personal judgements about particular things or individuals."
