It is important that working with someone is enjoyable in workplace. That is to say, we can get along with him or her well. Also, a nice co-worker is a responsible person whom you can trust on.

Today’s situation in workplace is that work just like a game, we must enjoy the atmosphere there. We can’t not be too serious about the work and always take it as an order. But how can we create a place with harmony and laughter? I think when we are cooperating with our colleagues, it is easy to negotiate with them. To put it further, he or she is an easy-going person and willing to share or listen to you even disagreements occurs. In this way, it is just like mutual understanding and consideration rather than selfish behavior and individualism.

Still, a nice co-worker should responsible for his or her duty. Responsibility means that the person respects his job instead of adding extra burden or labor to someone. Moreover, an irresponsible person has enormous ego, so it’s hard to order him when doing some command or routine if necessary.

In a nutshell, nice personalities like thoughtful and easy-going a co-worker has make teamwork and office atmosphere better. Besides, to respect his job and other people is also crucial. In other words, he is responsible for himself and the company.

I think you can explain your opinions by representing some examples, especially in the paragraph three, that way, the readers will think it's persuasive.
